Arsenal Transfer news: Arteta to leave Chelsea fuming with three-year, £200,000-a-week Willian contract offer?

Fresh reports in the media have claimed that Arsenal are ready to offer Willian a contract at the end of the season if he leave Chelsea.

There has been talk that he could be leaving at the end of the season as reports in the media have suggested that Chelsea may not be willing to offer him a new contract because of his age, and may be willing to let him leave the club on a free transfer, with the likes of Juventus and Barcelona eyeing up a possible deal

But despite Hakim Ziyech’s impending arrival in the summer, recent reports have claimed the transfer will not impact Willian, and that Chelsea and the stars representatives are still in talks to try and agree a deal that would allow him to stay at the club for the next few years, but there is still some doubt that he could leave the club.

However, after passing his British Citizenship test, Willian once again admitted that he wants to stay in London, which could mean that Arsenal may make a move to try and take him to the Emirates on a free deal in the summer.

It is no secret that Gunner boss Mikel Arteta is keen to add some experience and quality to his midfield, and has been a big fan of Willian for seasons now, and considering the fact that Willian would come one a free, it is right down the alley of the Arsenal hierarchy.

Now French outlet Le10Sportclaim the Gunners could look to beat off the likes of Manchester United and try to take the Brazilian to the Emirates on a three-year £200,000-a-week deal.
